Always in search of the perfect tea infuser or strainer that will allow the steeping of a quick cup of tea, I came across one with a convenient bamboo handle that fits most of my tea cups.
This tea strainer’s fine mesh keeps the tea leaves out of the cup, and the stainless steel construction assures me that it will withstand constant use.
It’s the ideal size…measuring 2 5/8 inches in diameter and 2 inches high.
To brew a cuppa-on-the-go, just fill the tea strainer with loose tea leaves, insert it into the cup and pour water (at the right temperature) over the leaves.
After steeping, grasp the small bamboo handle to remove the strainer and used tea leaves. Set it aside for additional infusions.
