Tea Together
Tea Together is a small hands-on boutique international manufacturer of organic jams and related food items. It boasts a farm in the North of France, roots in a London suburb and ties to New York City.
Tea Together jams, marmalades, fruit chutneys and conserves are completely organic and made with unbleached cane sugar in the minimal ratio of 40 percent sugar to 60 percent fruit before cooking Used this way, sugar conserves the jam without need of industrial helpers to preserve, set, firm, gel and all the rest of it. And it tastes just right.
The entire process of making their delightful products is closely monitored by the Ecocert France, whose logo on all the organic labels bears witness to the purity of the product.
