The health benefits and aromatherapy claims are true.	Rooibos tea is for those who have developed an acquired taste. Although naturally sweet, they leave a bit of an aftertaste that spoils the flavor.

Although this tea is not one of my favorites nor will I intentionally drink it again, I have found other Zhena’s Gypsy Teas to be quite delicious and would recommend them as a whole.
