For a naturally caffeine-free herbal infusion, the Rishi Tea Organic Scarlet Botanical Blend is a quality choice. Made of the finest certified organic dried fruits and berries, this blend is delicious hot or iced. The blend is a combination of gourmet quality organic botanicals and fruits such as currents, rosehips, honey bush, hibiscus, blueberries, cherries, orange peel, cranberries; and natural flavors of blueberry and passion fruit and mango oil.

This was the last of the samples from Rishi Tea and it quickly became one of my summer favorites. Because of the fruity flavors, it was great when brewed into iced tea, and no additional sweetener was required due to the naturally sweet organic honey bush (not a tea but an herb similar to Rooibos). I liked its energizing influence especially during warm summer afternoons when a pick-me-up was desperately needed.

To brew a cup of Rishi Tea Organic Scarlet Botanical Blend, use one tablespoon per 8 ounces of water at 212 degrees F. Steep for 4-5 minutes, remove botanicals and enjoy.
