It seems the latest craze from tea manufacturers is to produce a variety of Earl Grey blend teas. Revolution Tea’s award-winning Earl Grey Lavender is a great example of a wonderful blend of Ceylon, Oolong and Darjeeling estate teas blended with Oil of Bergamot and combined with super blue French lavender flowers. This produces a lightly flavored Earl Grey Lavender tea that’s a great morning pick-me-up and late afternoon tea-for-one break.

Revolution Tea Earl Grey Lavender is premium full-leaf black tea packed in an innovative silken infuser that combines the convenience of a traditional teabag with the superior flavor of full-leaf tea. The infuser allows you a clear view of the tea leaves as they steep, expand, infuse and produce a full-bodied flavorful tea.
Review
Pros Cons The silken infuser bags can be left to air-dry for multiple infusions (at least 2). The tea is made with natural ingredients. The re-sealable stay-fresh container makes this tea portable and convenient. I like to drink heavily scented and flavored Earl Grey Teas. This lavender version is too lightly scented and flavored with lavender and Oil of Bergamot.

Revolution Tea Earl Grey Lavender tea is easy to brew. Just place an infuser bag into a mug or heat-insulated cup. Pour just under boiling water over the tea leaves and steep 4 to 5 minutes. Remove the infuser and enjoy.

Is this a misprint or is it true that there’s a little Oolong tea blended in this Earl Grey? If so, it’s a bit exotic. I’ve never heard of that before but I would like to try it. –Spirituality of Tea
Hello Jason, it’s not a misprint. The package truly says that this tea is blended with Oolong. I mentioned it in the review because I thought it was a bit unusual; however I did not see a significant difference in the tea’s flavor. Althea
