Since I am addicted to tea, I spend a lot of time surfing the web for exciting tea shops, tea rooms and tea ware. On one of my adventures through cyberspace, I came across this excerpt from Carol’s Paris Tea Journal about a trip she took with friends to various famous tea houses in Paris.
Paris is my favorite European city, but when I was last there I visited every coffee house I could see instead of tea rooms (It was the cafe au lait and bagettes that called to me). Next time, I’ll have to take a special tea trip and bring along a few fellow tea enthusiasts to make lots of memories at Mariage Freres, the famous Paris tea room. If you love gourmet tea like I do, reading this special account is a MUST.
