My sister’s passion for tea sets is as great as mine. Among her collection is a fabulous Karoff Original 6-piece Traveling Tea Set. Vintage teaware from the 1940s or 1950s, this beautiful English Rose ceramic and porcelain tea set includes an electric tea coil warmer, two tea cups, one teapot with lid, and three canisters with lids for loose leaf tea, sugar and even coffee. All of these items are neatly stored in a brown leather traveling case embossed with the Karoff Original logo.
A note from the manufacturer is included on the inside, which reads” When a new Karoff Original comes into the family…it becomes a source of deepest family pride and satisfaction!” My sentiments exactly—this is truly a one-of-a-kind tea treasure.
I’ve thought about taking one of my silver teacups with me when I travel. I guess it depends on where I’m going to go. I wouldn’t be able to bring much else other than Puerh Tuo Cha that I could steep with some hot water from a store. –Teaternity

HELLO My brother recently picked up a Karoff Original traveling tea set stored in a brown keather traveling case embrossed with Karoff Oroginal logo and gave to me, because of the flower prints (ROSES) So how special are they on the bottom of each pieice it has a gold seal with hand painted what would it sell for?

I have my mother’s traveling tea set. I remember my mother using it on a road trip to CA in the ’60′s. This set is in a red patent leather case. I recently looked on eBay and could not find one to compare price.
