Several years ago while visiting San Francisco, I came across this great coffee shop called Peet’s Coffee & Tea. Not only did they have a traditional coffee bistro, there was a tea bar as well.

This spicy tea is quite stimulating. Made from three delicious roots from the ginger family, Pukka Three Ginger Tea is a naturally caffeine free herbal tea that will warm and uplift you.

In my search for organic teas, I came across Two Leaves and a Bud’s White Peony Tea. Long leaf white tea harvested in early spring is blended with peony blossoms and encased in biodegradable tea sachets designed for large size tea mugs.

The Ginger People make a very tasty and sweetly spiced syrup of 100% natural ginger, cane sugar and water. This delightful ginger syrup is a favorite of mine for sweetening a plain cup of tea.
